Exit the M25 at Junction 28/A12.

Continue on Colchester Road (A12 West)- go 1.7 mi
Continue on Crusader Road (A12 West)- go 0.1 mi
Bear left at Colchester Road (A12 West) - go 0.1 mi
At Gallows Corner Roundabout take 3rd Exit onto the Eastern Avenue (A12 West) - go 0.1 mi
Bear left at Eastern Avenue East - go 1.8 mi

From any point in England, take a train or tube to Liverpool Street Underground station.
- At Liverpool Street take the train (towards Clacton or towards Shenfield) to Romford.

There are several options for buses from Romford Train Station to Bower House. There is a bus station (Romford Station) arround the corner from Romford Train Station, on Atlanta Boulevard.
- Bus 500 – leaves every hour from Romford Station, and stops right outside Bower House. The stop name is: Bower House (See map below).
- Bus 103 (651) and 499 – leaves every 10 minutes from Romford Station and stops at aprox. 15 minutes walk from Bower House. The stop name is: Chase Cross for both Bus 103 (651) and 499 (See map below).
